AVIAL – is traditionally made from mixture of root vegetables in Kerala, South India. It is served on Onam, a religious and harvest festival and also in temples.
We find it a very versatile spice blend. On the pack, we have provided you with the traditional recipe which is made using yoghurt and 2 other optional ideas to make a stir-fry or a prawn and cauliflower curry.
Great end of the week curry to finish off those ageing veggies.
