MANGALOREAN BEEF - this is a hot and spicy curry from the Christian community of Mangalore in South India. Go hotheads!
We use it as a rub on salmon - 2 teaspoons and some sea salt to taste per cutlet. Then pan fry.

- tamarind pulp (or ketchup)
- 3 onions
