KASHMIRI RADISH SALAD (Muji Chetein)
 

Here's what we serve as an accompaniment to a simple Pulao.


Ingredients:

1 cup yoghurt
1 grated green apple (traditionally grated white radish is used)
½ teaspoon red chilli powder
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon roasted ground cumin
½ teaspoon sugar
1 dessertspoons raisins/sultanas (optional)
½ cup chopped walnuts
3 finely chopped green chillies
 

 
Method:
 Combine all the above ingredients then garnish with a few whole mint leaves.
