APPLE AND MINT CHUTNEY
This is a great accompaniment to any meal and can be used as a filling to liven up sandwiches.
Blend together: 3 green chillies, 2 cups washed coriander leaves and fine stems (not roots), 1 cup washed mint leaves, 2 (quartered and cored) green apples, 1 teaspoon sugar, 2 teaspons salt, juice of 1 lemon.
Can be served immediately.
