CHOCOLATE FUDGE

This is the easiest recipe for fudge.  Child's play really if they are cooking on an induction stove.

Melt 500g dark chocolate melts in a double boiler or a microwave.  When melted add:  

400g condensed milk and 75g unsalted butter 

When totally mixed you can add a tablespoon of your favourite liqueur.

Pour into a buttered pan

Refrigerate for about 2 hours, then score into small diamond shapes. 

Decorate with silver sprinkles.
