Recipe - Brownies
- Bowl 1: Whip 6 eggs with 2cups sugar
- Bowl 2: melt 460g chocolate with 120g butter
- Bowl 3: mix 1/2 smashed avocado with 1/2 cup oil
- Bowl 4: mix together dry ingredients: 3/4 cup flour/almond meal, 1/2 cup coco powder, 2 tsps baking powder and 1/2 tsp sea salt
- add melted chocolate and smashed avocado to egg mixture (bowls 2 and 3)
- now stir in the dry ingredients (bowl 4)
- lastly fold in 150g white chocolate buttons and 1 cup raspberries
- Pour into a pan lined with baking paper
- bake at 170 for 40 minutes
