Recipe - Brownies

  • Bowl 1:  Whip 6 eggs with 2cups sugar
  • Bowl 2:  melt 460g chocolate with 120g butter
  • Bowl 3:  mix 1/2 smashed avocado with 1/2 cup oil
  • Bowl 4: mix together dry ingredients:  3/4 cup flour/almond meal1/2 cup coco powder2 tsps baking powder and 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • add melted chocolate and smashed avocado to egg mixture (bowls 2 and 3)
  • now stir in the dry ingredients (bowl 4)
  • lastly fold in 150g white chocolate buttons  and 1 cup raspberries 
  • Pour into a pan lined with baking paper
  • bake at 170 for 40 minutes
