$8.95 AUDdhansak
This is a favourite celebration meal of the Parsi community in India. It is traditionally made from 4 different types of lentils (Toor, Moong, Urad and Masoor), and vegies. Here's a fun fact - it is served as a vegetarian dish for weddings but when prepared for a wake Mutton (Goat) is used in addition.
