PAKORAS – Pakoras are usually served as snacks, often with masala chai. They are made with several different ingredients – fish, chicken, onion, aubergine, potato, spinach, paneer, onion (onion bhajji), cauliflower or chillies. In the U.K. they are popular as a fast food snack as an alternative to chips. They are especially popular in Scotland, where they have a haggis pakora!! Have fun dipping your favourite veggies into this delicious batter.
